Privacy notice

What is collected and why. Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email and the message. It serves one purpose — replying to you and, if a project follows, following up on it. The basis for processing it is your own request to get in touch.

This site uses no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nobody. If you do not write in the form, none of your data is stored.

Who else is involved. The site is hosted on Netlify, which logs the request in order to serve the page. The form notification goes out through Resend, for email, and through Telegram. Nothing is shared with anyone else, sold, used for advertising or added to any mailing list.

How long it is kept. Only for as long as the conversation and its follow-up last. After that it is deleted.

Your rights. You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, restriction of processing, a portable copy, or object to the processing, by writing to the address above. I reply within 30 days at most. If the outcome does not satisfy you, you may contact the data protection authority in your country.

International transfers. The providers named above run servers outside Mexico, so your data may be processed in other countries when you send me the form.
